ABOC Holdings
ABOC Holdings "ABOC" is an investment holdings company with a niche focus on the retail fuel sector. The company invests in fuel-retail stations and introduces efficiencies to make the stations more profitable. ABOC is a group of fuel retailers with a combined total of 90 years of experience in the fuel retail and convenience industry.
There are roughly 5000 fuel-retail stations in South Africa, and according to the Department of Energy, these service stations have an annual turnover of approximately R 220 Billion. Furthermore, there are potential income streams for the fuel-retail stations from forecourt businesses such as convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants. ABOC currently operate four high profile sites with the BP network.
At the heart of ABOC's business are strong camaraderie and passion, coupled with strong skills and expertise. These factors are translated into the services and engagements that enable ABOC to be game-changers in the retail fuel and oil sectors. Moreover, they understand the intent of the Liquid Fuels Charter, which aims to ensure the sustainable presence, ownership and control by at least 25% of historically disadvantaged South Africans across the industry value chain.
